Most of my life, I had trouble making new habits stick. After digging into research, I know why it was so hard:
- I focused too much on the goal and to assuming to become happy when attaining it
- I made changes way too big, so it became a struggle to keep going
- I did not have an idea how to set up a system that enabled me to be successful
With more understanding about the topic, we're thinking of assembling this knowledge in a practical and empowering Notion template.
